Reppedˣ Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to or contracting with Reppedˣ, you agree to the following:

1. Service Structure

Reppedˣ offers monthly subscription plans and custom project-based contracts. Services included in each plan are outlined on our pricing page. Any additional services will be quoted separately.

2. Billing & Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable once work has begun. Custom project fees may require a deposit and milestone-based payments.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 14 days’ written notice. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and collateral created by Reppedˣ is owned by the client upon full payment, unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client materials and business information as confidential and will not disclose them without written permission.

6. Results Disclaimer

While Reppedˣ is committed to providing high-quality services, we cannot guarantee specific results such as sales increases or social media engagement metrics.

7. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse projects or discontinue work with clients whose business practices conflict with our values or professional standards.
